Our Capacity Teams Process

The capacity teams process at TDK Technologies starts with the partnership between our Business Development team and our clients. We work closely with the client to discover the details of their capacity team needs, including business drivers and goals, size of the team, roles on the team, any unique skills needed for each role, duration of the team, and rates.

Developing an understanding of the client culture and other team dynamics within the organization ensures a highly productive capacity team.

Sometimes the client has internal resources already identified for roles on the team, which will augment the TDK team. Understanding the roles and skills of those team members is critical in building a fully functioning team.

Once the needs of the capacity team are fully understood, TDK Technologies builds the team, leveraging existing TDK team members and our Recruiting team as needed to identify additional candidates.

A high performing software development team needs the right technical and management skills, but must also collaborate well and complement each other.

TDK carefully assesses all potential team members to ensure the best fit for the team, the client, and most importantly, the ability to successfully deliver results at a high velocity. 

Once TDK Technologies builds the capacity team, TDK works with the client to onboard the team quickly and effectively.

TDK utilizes internal processes and proven practices to ensure the capacity team understands the client's business drivers and goals, the technology environment, client stakeholders, and methodologies.

TDK's Service Delivery team works with the client throughout the course of the engagement to ensure successful outcomes, while Recruiting and the Chief People Officer stay in contact with the team to ensure they have the support they need from TDK for a successful consulting assignment.
